Re: Rehosting your dongleless license

Hello Dean,
I downloaded the Codemeter DMG you linked too above. I used the uninstaller to uninstall my previous version first. Then used the installer to install CodeMeter for Mac OS X version 8.20. I then started Codemeter and in the control Center it shows the serial of my license and the status shows as Activation Invalid, as expected.

I then used the link in an email from last year to activate my license. I used Chrome to go to the CodeMeter License Central where it shows I have a TVPaint 11.5 professional license status available. I click on "Activate Licenses" button, click the checkbox next to my TVPaint 11.5 professional license and click the button "Activate Selected Licenses." A box pops up showing the "Error during creation of license request. Please try again." I've tried several times, with the Chrome browser, also CodeMeter 8.2 is running on this computer. No antivirus is installed yet. Fresh install of Mac OS X 15.3.2. Apple MacBook Pro 14 inch 2021, Apple M1 Pro CPU, 16GB RAM

Please help,
Paul

Hello Paul, if the Codemeter application displays a red icon instead of a green or grey one, the issue is elsewhere.
Did you import data on this Mac from a previous one using Time Machine?
Please send me a screenshot of the "License" tab of your Codemeter app via email (sending you my address via PM right now).
