New Anim Layer issue

Hi folks,

Recently bought TVPaint and liking it so far. I've run into an issue when adding new Anim Layer that they appear minimised and unworkable. It doesn't affect the Background or Duplicate Background layers, only the Anim ones. The last thing that I was doing before this happened was trying the Stroke Animator option. It's affected all projects I created up to that point. I restarted my PC and still the same issue with those projects and happening when create new projects.

I'm using v11.0.6 Standard edition 32bit, Windows 7 64bit, intel i7, 24GB ram, gtx 970 and Cintiq 22hd

Any help would be much appreciated.
