hello!
I recently updated my mac to big sur & downloaded TvPaint 11.5
but when I try to install the dongleDriver_postCatalina it gives me an error *picture attached (not really an error but says that there is no such file or directory)
I never had this problem before.
please help :(

hey! thanks for the reply, but it didn't really help regarding my issue
BUT I did realize from the post the I can download dongless version, I tried to follow how to access the dongless version- but with no luck, it still shows me only the dongle , can you please help me, or navigate me to the page?

Hey! sorry that I'm spamming, I wouldn't have done that IF I wasn't in the middle of my final project! but im super nervous and have to get it fixed!
So let me explain the problem again:
I didn't received any email regarding - webdepot tvpaint, or something like that- I don't have a link to register my license . The only thing I have is a download link in my account to TVpaint 11.5 BUT with the dongle version- So I downloaded it, my dongl is not recognized & I can't for sme reason install sentinel protection installer (postCatalina) , I do however have the option to install sentinel protection installer(PRE catalina) but I don't think its working with BigSur.
All i'm asking is how I can get TVpaint 11.5 without the dongle(can't find in my account) OR how can I fix the problem -that my dongle \ sentinel protection installer does not work.

The SuperPro and UltraPro dongles won't work on Big Sur. They're not supported by the manufacturer.
We put messages on the forum and on the website to warn you.

Right now you'll need to switch for another kind of licencing. Please contact the support team for that.

It was only to point out that the first post in that topic warned against updating to Big Sur because as of now Big Sur is preventing the Sentinel SafeNet dongle from working.
