Can't open saved file in TVPaint 10.5.7

Hi!
Yesterday I worked on a TVPaint project and manually saved the file directly on my USB-Drive. There were no issues (like not completed saving) when I was closing my TVPaint animation file. And there are no tmp-files in the file folder.
But today I can't open the file. I tried to open it on several computers at my university, directly from the USB-drive and a copied version of it from the local hard drive. But everytime when the loading screen reaches 33%, TVPaint crashes immediately. I have absolutely no clue how to fix the problem.
Other TVPaint files are no problem.
The operating system is Windows 7 and the latest TVPaint 10 Update Version - 10.5.7 - is installed.
Does an<body know the problem?
